The ECPMA

The European Community Project Managers' Association (ECPMA) was established in early 2006. Our members are actively involved in the management of EC Framework Programme (FP) research projects. We exist to exchange information and share our experiences of coordinating and managing European Framework (FP) projects. The Association is available as a communication partner for official bodies and as a resource for FP project management training activities.

Key questions to consider when organising a project meeting PDF Print E-mail
Written by Paul Affleck

A near universal characteristic of an FP project is an annual meeting. These meetings are often a highlight for the project participants, providing an opportunity to hear the latest results and network with colleagues.
